This is the official Court website for the Desportes v. American General Assurance Company and Carter v. North Central Life Insurance Company class action lawsuits.  If you bought credit life, credit disability, GAP, or involuntary unemployment insurance when you took out loans for cars and other purposes, and did not receive refunds for unearned premiums when the loan was paid off early, you could get a payment from these settlements.  Please note that the deadlines in the notices have passed.
